Reloom

Terms of Use

Last updated: 25 August 2026

The full terms that ship inside the app, word for word.

These terms are the agreement between you and the independent developer of Reloom ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

What is free, and what is paid

Reloom is free to download, and a real part of it stays free forever, with no account and no payment details:

  • The whole setup questionnaire, and the 90-day path it builds from your answers.
  • Days 1, 2 and 3 of Program 1, played in full — the guided player, the instructions, the completion summary and the streak.
  • The Morning Charge routine, as often as you like.
  • A read-only preview of everything else: all 120 days, all four programs, all four routines, and every exercise, duration, cue and "How to do it" page.
  • The whole Progress tab — your streak, your week, the four-week grid and every reward.
  • Daily reminders and streak nudges, and everything in Settings, including feedback, reset and erase.

Reloom Premium is an optional subscription that unlocks the rest: days 4 to 120 of the path, the Back Release, Full Body Stretch and Evening Reset routines, and swapping an exercise for a different one.

  • Yearly — $39.99 per year, with the first 3 days free for new subscribers.
  • Monthly — $9.99 per month, with no trial.

Those are the United States prices. Everywhere else the App Store and Google Play set and charge the equivalent local price in your own currency, and the app shows you that exact price before you decide anything.

How the subscription is billed

  • Payment is taken by Apple or Google, from the App Store or Google Play account you are signed in with. We never see or hold your card details, and the app has no payment form of its own.
  • Both plans renew automatically, for the same period at the same price, until you cancel. The store takes the renewal payment within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • To stop it, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, in your store account: on iOS, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. There is no cancel button inside Reloom, because the subscription belongs to the store account, not to us.
  • Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep everything the subscription unlocked until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • The 3-day free trial is for new subscribers only, and only on the yearly plan. It becomes a paid year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, and your payment method is on file from the moment you start it. If you buy a subscription while a trial is still running, the rest of the trial is forfeited.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, under their own policies. We cannot issue or reverse a store charge. Write to us anyway if something has gone wrong, and we will help where we can.
  • Restore purchases, on the plans screen and in Settings, brings a subscription back on a new phone or after a reinstall, as long as you sign in to the same App Store or Google Play account.
  • If we ever change a subscription price, the stores require that existing subscribers are told in advance and are given the chance to accept it or to cancel before it takes effect.
  • If the subscription ends, nothing you have already done is taken away. Your history, your streak, your progress and your rewards stay exactly as they are, and the path simply returns to the free window.

No account is required

Reloom has no sign-up, no login and no cloud profile. Your plan and your history live on your device. This means there is nothing to sign out of — and also that your data cannot be recovered by us if the device is lost, reset, or the app is deleted.

A subscription does not change that. Reloom Premium is attached to your App Store or Google Play account, not to a Reloom account, and it is recognised on any device signed in to that same store account. We do not create a profile for you, and we still cannot see who you are.

Health and safety — important

Reloom offers general exercise, stretching and mobility content for healthy adults. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and using it does not create a practitioner–patient relationship of any kind.

  • Consult a doctor or physiotherapist before starting, especially if you have pain, an injury, a recent surgery, a heart or blood-pressure condition, dizziness, osteoporosis, or if you are pregnant.
  • Work within a comfortable range. Nothing in this app should hurt.
  • Stop immediately if you feel pain, sharp discomfort, dizziness, numbness or tingling, and seek medical attention if it does not settle.
  • Skip or swap any exercise that does not suit your body on a given day. Every step in the app can be swapped or skipped.
  • You are responsible for exercising in a safe space, with stable footing and something solid within reach for balance work.

You use Reloom at your own risk, and you are responsible for deciding whether a given exercise is appropriate for you.

Results

Posture and mobility respond to consistent practice over time, and results differ from person to person. Any timelines, examples or illustrations in the app describe what gradual, consistent practice can look like — they are not a promise of a specific outcome for you.

Acceptable use

Please do not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, extract its content or images for redistribution, or use it in a way that breaks the law. The app's text, exercise content, images, illustrations and design are owned by the developer and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use inside the app only.

Third-party services and stores

Reloom uses Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config) for anonymous usage statistics, crash reporting and feature configuration, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions are sold and billed by the Apple App Store and Google Play, and whether one is active is checked through RevenueCat, which handles that check on our behalf. Exactly what each of them receives — and what none of them ever receives — is set out in the Privacy Policy.

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and their terms apply to the download, to your device and to any purchase you make.

Availability and changes

The app is provided as it is at the time you install it. Features may be added, changed or removed in later versions, and we may adjust configuration values remotely — for example the default session length or whether a rating prompt appears. We may stop publishing updates at any time; the version already installed on your device will keep working offline.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reloom is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any injury, loss of data, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

Consumer rights

Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. Where local law gives you a right that conflicts with a term in this document, local law wins.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the developer's country of residence, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
