Eight minutes a day, in the order that matters.

Reloom is a posture and mobility companion for people who sit all day. Answer a few questions and it builds you a 90-day path of short guided sessions — one a day, seven to twelve minutes, each one building on the last. It runs on your phone with no account and no connection needed to exercise. The first three days and the Morning Charge routine are free forever; Reloom Premium unlocks the rest of the path.

How it works

Four steps, and then the app does the deciding.

Most people don't stop stretching because it's hard. They stop because they have to decide what to do, every single day. Reloom removes the decision.

  1. 1

    Answer a few questions

Where the tension sits, how long you sit, how much time you have, how hard you want to start. A couple of minutes, and no account at the end of it.

  2. 2

    Get a 90-day path

Three thirty-day programs in a deliberate order — Reset, Strengthen, Stabilize — built around your answers. Then a maintenance program that keeps going.

  3. 3

    One session a day

Eight or nine exercises, seven to twelve minutes. The player shows the movement, times the hold, gives you the cue and moves you on. Any step can be swapped or skipped.

  4. 4

    Let the streak carry it

The ring closes, the week fills in, the path ticks forward. Tomorrow's session is already chosen and waiting for you.

The path

Four programs. Each one earns the next.

Order is the whole point. You release tension before you load the position, and you load it before you ask your body to hold it without thinking.

Program 1 · Days 1–30

Better Posture: Reset

Reduce the tension that pulls you forward, and reopen the positions that desk work closes down.

Program 2 · Days 31–60

Better Posture: Strengthen

Build the postural support that holds the new range — upper back, scapulae, the deep core.

Program 3 · Days 61–90

Better Posture: Stabilize

Make it automatic. Balance, control and integrated flows so good position stops being something you remember to do.

Program 4 · Day 91 onward

Better Posture: Maintain

A thirty-day maintenance loop that repeats for as long as you want it. The habit outlives the plan.

To be exact about the numbers: the 90-day reset is Programs 1 to 3. Program 4 is open-ended maintenance that starts after day 90 and re-runs, which is why the app also says 120 days. Every program is made of five six-day microcycles, and every microcycle runs the same six session shapes — neck and chest, thoracic rotation, scapular support, hip and spine relief, posture support, integrated flow — so you can feel the progression rather than guess at it.

What's in it

A real coach, a real plan, and a free tier you can actually use.

A player that actually coaches

Every exercise arrives with a demonstration loop, a timed hold or rep count, a one-line cue on screen and a "how to do it" explanation a tap away. You watch, you follow, you move on — no counting in your head, no scrolling back to check the form.

120 days, laid out in advance

Four programs, five microcycles each, six days apiece. Hold times, intensity and step counts scale as you move through, and the library shows you exactly where you are — Program 1 of 4, day 12 of 30. Days 1 to 3 are free to play; days 4 to 120 come with Reloom Premium. Either way every program ahead can be read in full before you decide — the exercises, the durations and the cues are never hidden behind a blur.

Routines, if you want more

Four optional routines sit alongside the path with their own weekly targets, so you can add to a day without disturbing the plan: Morning Charge (6 min), Back Release (6 min, workdays), Full Body Stretch (10 min), Evening Reset (7 min).

Progress you can see

A streak with a best-streak record and one silent grace day per thirty. A seven-day strip for the current week, a four-week consistency grid, program and path percentages, and a plain count of days done and days missed over the last 28.

Free to start — and plain about the rest

Days 1, 2 and 3 of the path and the whole Morning Charge routine are free forever, with no account and no payment details. Everything else — days 4 to 120, the other three routines and swapping an exercise — is Reloom Premium: $39.99 a year, with the first 3 days free for new subscribers, or $9.99 a month. Those are the US prices; the App Store and Google Play charge the local equivalent. It renews automatically until you cancel it in your own store account, and every setting, your whole history and the entire Progress tab stay free either way.

Why the order matters

Small, in sequence, beats heroic and occasional.

Eight minutes is short enough to do on a bad day, which is the only reason it survives a bad week. The sequence does the rest of the work: release, then strengthen, then stabilise, then keep. You never have to design a session, judge whether you're ready for the next one, or remember where you left off.

An illustration of the idea, not a promise of a result. Posture and mobility respond to consistent practice over time, and they respond differently for every body.

What Reloom doesn't do

The short list, with no small print under it.

Plenty of wellness apps are vague about what costs money and what happens to your data. Here is the whole truth about this one, in the same words the privacy policy uses.

No ads

No ad networks, no advertising identifiers, no sponsored exercises. Not now and not in a later version.

No account

No sign-up, no login, no cloud profile. There is nothing to sign in to, and therefore nothing to be locked out of.

No surprise charges

One optional subscription, $39.99 a year or $9.99 a month, and the price is on screen before you confirm anything. Nothing else in the app costs money, and nothing is charged unless you choose it.

Your answers stay on your device

Your onboarding answers, plan, sessions, streak and any text you write are stored locally and are never uploaded — to us or to anyone else. The app works fully offline; only buying or restoring a subscription needs a connection, and that check carries a store receipt, never a health answer.

The one thing that does leave the phone: Reloom includes Google Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config, which collect anonymous usage and stability information — that a session started, that the app crashed, your device model and app version. They never receive your health answers or anything you type. It is all written out in the privacy policy.
