Bug reports, a program that does not feel right, an exercise you cannot do, a question about your data — anything at all. Please mention your device and the app version (Settings → About) if something is broken.

How does the path work?

When you first open Reloom it asks a handful of questions — where you feel tension, how long you sit, how much time you have, how hard you want to start — and builds a path from your answers. No account, no email address.

The path is a sequence, not a menu. Days 1–30 are Better Posture: Reset, which releases the tension that pulls you forward. Days 31–60 are Strengthen. Days 61–90 are Stabilize. That is the 90-day reset. From day 91 onward, Maintain is a thirty-day loop that simply repeats, which is why the app also mentions 120 days.

Each day gives you exactly one session: eight or nine exercises, seven to twelve minutes, chosen for you. You never have to pick.

What happens if I miss a day?

Nothing breaks, and nothing is taken away. The path does not run ahead without you — the next day of your plan is still the next thing waiting when you come back, and every day you have already completed stays completed.

The only thing a gap touches is the streak counter. Reloom quietly forgives one missed day in every thirty; past that the streak starts again, while your program, your day number and your history carry on exactly where they were. Your best streak is kept too, so you can see what you have already done.

How do I change my reminder?

Open Profile → Notifications. There you can switch Daily reminders on or off and set the time — it starts at 7:00 PM unless your answers suggested otherwise. Streak nudges, which only fire when a streak is about to break, are a separate switch on the same screen.

The reminder time can also be changed under Profile → Preferences → Reminder time. If you previously said no to notifications at the system level, the card offers a link straight to your device settings.

Reminders are local notifications scheduled by your phone. No server is involved, and nothing about them leaves the device.

How do I erase my data?

Everything Reloom knows about you is on your phone, so erasing it takes one screen: Settings → Danger zone.

Reset all progress clears your plan, routines, progress and onboarding answers and returns the app to its first-run state. Erase all data on this device removes everything Reloom has stored locally, including the local analytics identifiers. Both ask you to confirm twice, because neither can be undone.

Deleting the app removes all of it as well. One consequence worth knowing: because there is no account and no server-side copy of what you put into Reloom, we cannot look anything up, export it or delete it on your behalf — you already hold all of it. The one record kept elsewhere is the purchase record at RevenueCat and at the stores, tied to an anonymous installation id and to your store account; write to us if you want that removed.

What is free, and what does Premium cost?

Free forever, with no account and no payment details: the whole setup questionnaire and the plan it builds, days 1, 2 and 3 of the path played in full, the Morning Charge routine as often as you like, a read-only preview of every other day, program and routine, the entire Progress tab with your streak and rewards, daily reminders, and everything in Settings.

Reloom Premium unlocks days 4 to 120 of the path, the Back Release, Full Body Stretch and Evening Reset routines, and swapping an exercise. It is $39.99 a year — with the first 3 days free if you have not subscribed before — or $9.99 a month. Those are the US prices; elsewhere the App Store and Google Play charge the local equivalent, and you see it before you confirm.

Billing is handled entirely by Apple or Google. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you cancel it in your store account — Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iOS, Play Store → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions on Android — not inside Reloom. Refunds are Apple's or Google's to give. If a subscription ends, nothing you have already completed is taken away. Restore purchases, on the plans screen and in Settings, brings it back on a new phone.

Reloom is made by one independent developer. Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config collect anonymous usage and stability data so the app can be improved, and RevenueCat checks whether a subscription is active; your health answers and anything you type are never sent to any of them. The privacy policy says exactly what that covers.

Anything else

Reloom offers general exercise and mobility content for healthy adults. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have pain, an injury, a recent surgery or you are pregnant, speak to a doctor or physiotherapist before starting, and stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness or numbness.
